Raised in a ‘real estate family’ in the heart of Orange County, California, Heather White studied real estate throughout her college years and spent five years managing luxury resort communities in Irvine and Newport Beach for The Irvine Company.  She went on to work in finance and business development for a short time before moving to Monterey County, California to start a family.

About Joe Hendrix

Joe was raised on construction sites and in hardware stores as his family was heavily involved in the construction trade.  As his father was a home-builder, Joe was on the ‘job-site’ learning about construction and real estate at an early age.  After college, earning his degree in , he worked for various municipalities around Kansas City in their Planning & Zoning Departments before returning to the real estate world.

In 2013, he founded H2 Development, specializing in the construction of new homes, while also working as the project manager for Porter Communities.  In this position he learned a great deal in regards to overall subdivision construction, engineering, and how to service the needs of hundreds of families wanting to move into their dream homes.  The culmination of the previous knowledge and experience has led to the current day where Joe has also co-founded RH Custom Homes as well as becoming a member with the ASPIRE Team.  With Joe on the team, if we can’t find what you want, we can create and build what you want.

His past clients have expressed their appreciation for his knowledge in determining potential problems in older homes, as well as the knowledge of how to strongly negotiate in their favor. About John Ljungdahl

With over 7 years of experience in the Kansas City market assisting numerous families with their real estate needs, as well as years of training and mentoring new agents, John brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. He believes in being a true “consultant” in the process. He knows that there are many agents who will put a sign in your yard or show you a home, but provide very little beyond that. John brings the extra level of service and value to his clients that makes the difference. He prefers to help people, not sell people.

About David Pecha:

  • Born and raised in St. Louis, Mo.  
  • Graduated from Kirkwood High School in 1981, Attended University of Central Missouri from 1981-1986. 
  • Obtained a B.S. degree in Industrial Technology, as well as participation with the Mules Football Program.  Earned a Master of Arts degree in Education as well in 2015.
  • Worked for the Department of Defense, USMC, and USAR as a Master Aircrew Member, beginning in 1984 until retiring in 2005.
  • Began Real Estate Career in 1994 as a Commercial broker at Embassy Properties, Inc., and remained with that firm until 2004.
  • Started his own brokerage in 2004 in Platte City, MO as Niobrara Development, operating a real estate franchise called Century 21 Five Star.  Primarily involved with land development and new home subdivision operations, as well as new home construction.  Subsequently, sold those assets and went to work for ReeceNichols Real Estate in 2012. Worked as a Team Leader, Supervising Broker, as well as a commercial broker for both company and franchise operations.
  • Received numerous awards for sales production at ReeceNichols as Team Leader.
  • Joined Berkshire Hathaway Stein & Summers Real Estate in 2018.

Shawn is a Kansas City native who graduated from Oak Park High School, University of Missouri at Columbia, and Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.  Shawn obtained his real estate license in 2014 to add to his law degree he earned in 2003.  Shawn lives in Jackson County and has offices in Clay and Platte County. Shawn is the municipal judge for one city in Clay County and one city in Platte County.

Shawn spends his working hours assisting clients in a variety of real estate and legal matters. With regard to real estate, Shawn enjoys assisting others find their perfect home and negotiate the best price. Shawn’s legal background allows him to explain virtually all situations that arise during the purchase of a home. Shawn is an experienced negotiator whose insight assists clients in getting the home they want under the best possible circumstances. Shawn also enjoys assisting clients sell their home in a way to assure his clients enjoy the experience as much as possible and sell under the best conditions.

With regard to legal matters, Shawn assists clients in the legal areas of personal injury, family law, traffic/dwi law, and criminal defense.

John Gomez is an U.S. Army Retired Combat Veteran and joined the world’s greatest fighting force at 19 years old after graduating High School. During his time on Active Duty, he deployed in support against the War on Terror serving in Afghanistan during combat operations. After being injured in Afghanistan, John was retired and moved back to the Saint Joseph/Kansas City Missouri area.

Not long after being retired, he enrolled in Rockhurst University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. While in school at Rockhurst,  he met Derek Espeer, and through Derek’s mentoring, he tested and received his real estate license and has found a great passion in serving the people of this country yet again.

From his time in the Army, John learned the values of Service, Integrity, Decisiveness, and Initiative, all qualities we look for at the ASPIRE Real Estate Group. These are all qualities learned and lived by daily while in the service. Another passion of John’s is to help people, and what better way is there to help people than helping them to obtain the American Dream, Home Ownership!
