Post Workout Meal

Great post workout meal.

I like to cut the omelette in half and save half with leftover turkey sausage for another quick meal after the gym or round of disc golf.

Round it out with

air fried potato

greens

avocado

homemade cholula style hot sauce for a kick.

Can’t wait for my home grown peppers and for some of you to try it (hot sauces)!

Egg, greens, turkey sausage, bacon
