Primary Seller Concerns

In our experience, here is what we find are the primary concerns of sellers:

1.  Getting a high enough sales price.

2.  Closing on time to meet deadlines with their next home, relocation, etc.

3.  Dealing with the physical chore of moving.

4.  Avoiding the need to move twice if their home sells quickly.

5.  Paying a commission.
