Four reasons a property sells:

  1. Price – We (real estate professionals and sellers) can influence price, but ultimately it is a supply and demand outcome.
  2. Condition – We (real estate professionals and sellers) can influence condition, based on our expertise and showing feedback.
  3. Location – We have no control over location and cannot influence location. We can only communicate based on how it affects price.
  4. Marketing- Real Estate Professionals can control their marketing efforts and control how they communicate with their clients.
