Client Satisfaction vs Transaction #______

I’ve seen a lot of social media posts like “Closed #32 in 2019!” or “#47 Closed!” and other similar things. 

My question:  Do YOU want to be a number? 

Our team puts its goals together much like other agents, however, we treat our real estate business clients as an experience, not a transaction.  We prefer to define our success by Families Assisted, Client Satisfaction, and Referrals.
