Humble, ok not so humble, but I was excited about this listing success story. For almost 3 YEARS, these sellers had the property listed with another brokerage/agents.
They engaged us, as well as several other top teams in the Northland. We won the listing and listed before the holidays in 2021 at the same list price. Within a couple months we had two legit potential buyers to negotiate with (not counting the low ball offers because of days on market).
I’m proud to say we had it sold, closed, within 4 months. List price of $1,100,000; purchase price $1,037,500 which was 98.8% of appraisal ($1,050,000). That’s about as good as it gets, folks!
