  • How much does a lack of worklife balance cost? According to the American Institute of Stress, the cost of stress related visits to a doctor is estimated at $200-$300 BILLION a year.

Would you like to take a guess as to what is the single largest cause of the stress?



This guide is written in 2014, just a few years after the worst recession since The Great Depression.

Work related stress was extremely high, due to pressure regarding layoffs, unemployment, and businesses going under.
